Dear Friends!
I opened Own Manhattan, Inc. in 2005 and what a great experience it was! For a small commercial real estate brokerage, we made a lot of noise in Manhattan! Hundreds of done deals and satisfied customers. Our team worked with tiny start-up companies, publicly traded billion-dollar giants and everyone in between; among our clients were investment banks and consultings, lawyers and doctors, fashion magazines and spas, you name it.
However, it is time for me to move on. For a number of reasons I decided to suspend Own Manhattan’s operations and go for a top-tier MBA program. There are so many great business schools in the United States and Europe, but it’s important to find the one which is right for you. I scrutinized all best b-schools and applied to 4 of them. As a result, I enrolled to my top choice school - Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
From August 2008 to April 2010 I will reside in Ann Arbor, MI. Therefore, I am putting my company on hold. If you are looking to lease a commercial property in Manhattan or have any other real estate question, please, contact my former employees Damian and Marie.
